Father’s Resource Program
About the Program
The Father’s Resource Program helps parents and families that have issues involving parenting time, custody, and child support. The program instructs and educates parents and families on area resources and services that may be of assistance to them. Often the Father’s Resource Program will help parents and families with completing pro se motions (pro se means that the individuals represent themselves in court). The Father’s Resource Program works with the parent to ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly, but does not go to court with the individual.
The Father’s Resource Program and volunteer attorneys work together to offer free law clinics throughout the year for area parents and families. Watch our Facebook page for upcoming clinics.
Eligibility
There are no income limitations to those that can access the program, however families must either live in, or have a Douglas County Court Case.
