About the Program

In-person Education

In-person workshops for Home Stretch Homebuyer Education are provided. The classes provide extensive education on the people and processes involved in purchasing a home. Classes are a total of ten (10) hours in length and are held in Alexandria for two (2) evenings or via Zoom.  Cost for classes is $40, and a certificate is awarded at the end that assists participants in qualifying for various loan products. Cost should not be a factor; scholarships are available upon request. Please click here to register for the JUNE class
