Are you or someone you know in need of Home Repair Assistance?

West Central MN Communities Action, Inc. is teaming up with Group Mission Trips to help improve homes within a 25-mile radius of Ashby, Minnesota. We are reaching out to those who are elderly, disabled, single parents, and income eligible. We are excited to transform homes and create better living conditions for the families we serve!

Hundreds of young adults from across America will come together for six days to repair and transform homes while strengthening and transforming their own faith.

Each home site will consist of 5 senior-high youth and at least one adult leader. Site writers will visit your home prior to Group Cares Camp and help with identifying repairs and materials needed for the specific project. Eligible households must be within a 25-mile driving distance of Ashby, MN. Eligible repairs are basic home repairs and are listed within the application. Both labor and materials will be free to qualifying households. Work will be done by youth volunteers. Households receiving assistance must agree to provide water, electricity for tools, a restroom for the volunteers, as as providing an adult in the home the week of the repairs.
