Toby responsible for the coordination of the Weatherization and Conservation Improvement Programs. Assists with energy audits for assessing energy efficiency and health and safety conditions in clients’ homes and prescribing cost-effective remedies. Completing inspections to ensure quality workmanship prior to contractor payment for all programs.
