A Community Land Trust home unlocks homeownership for those currently locked out!

– Affordable Housing Program – New Construction and Rehab

Creates affordable housing in West Central MN for families at or below 115% of the state median income

– Rehabilitation Loan Program (RLP)

Helps qualified households afford basic improvements to their home.

– Emergency & Accessibility Loan Program (ELP)

This program is used in emergency situations.

– In-Home Modification Program

Helps make minor modifications of living space to prevent injury, while promoting safety and independence of older persons
